We at C.R.S. understand that regular inspections are a vital part to the well being of the structure as well as the health and safety of all personnel that work on or around them. We carry out a thorough inspection on every structure for which has been requested.

A vigorous check is undertaken for any signs of cracks, distortion, loose or damaged parts also any signs of corrosion / or need of paintwork, all of which may result in the structure failure not to mention injury and or loss of life to personnel.
Feeders
The condition and the attachment of feeders, is as vital as the antenna system itself. They must be securely attached within most cases a maximum spacing of 1mtr, and should never be installed top side of any steel-work. The connectors must be weather proofed with, usually a minimum of three earths.
Kinked and or damaged feeders can cause equipment failure or even an R.F field, and for identification purposes tags should be in place at various positions.
Antenna- systems
All antennas and dishes are individually checked to ensure they are of sound condition, the mounts are of a safe and usable condition, the antennas and or dishes are not damaged in any-way, which could cause malfunction or an RF field, causing a major health and safety incident.
AS WELL AS THE THREE POINTS ABOVE WE ENSURE ALL OF THE LISTED HERE ARE THOROUGHLY CHECKED.
R.F., electrical hazards, compound/building security, drain holes, ladder access, aircraft warning lamps, insulators at mast base, anti climb fixtures, platforms, feeder runs, all concrete bases, stays and associated hardware, redundant equipment,
rail lock / latch way and any other issues that arise.
